    • Manning all calls (full cycle call management) for Transcomp with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.
    • Be the Transcomp Face and Voice! Heavy phone, email and face-to-face interaction with clients.
    • Maintain client's files and records with consistent and effective filing systems.
    • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the Transcomp office.
    • Assist in vendor and client relationship management.
    • Conduct and document regular client audits.
    • Support Transcomp team members (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.). 
    • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
    • Process improvement for day to day operations and overall efficiency of the business. 
    • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems (manual and electronic).
    • Daily/Weekly reporting of business as it relates to your role.
    • Supporting team with various administrative tasks.


    • 3-5+ years of customer service management and heavy administrative experience.
    • Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to details.
    • Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (proper pronunciation, grammar).
    • Very self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to multi-task.
    • Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel).
    • Experience in customer service industry environment a must. 
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
